Unitized wheels are composed of layers of premium non-woven material impregnated with abrasive grain. 

• Unitized wheels resist loading.

• Great for cleaning rust, discoloration and coatings.
• Perfect for blending marks or scratches and smoothing edges

Medium Density Unitized Wheel (2A Med) application guide:

• Medium density unitized wheels provide added rigidity for more aggressive grinding.
• Medium aluminum oxide grain structure is great for light deburring or reducing edges.

Hard Density Unitized Wheel (6S Fine, 6A Med, 8A Crs) application guide:

• Hard density unitized wheels provide added rigidity for heavy duty deburring.
