Specially Designed Flap Disc for Grinding Aluminum. These flap discs contain a calcium stearate coating that liquefies under heat to keep the disc cooler and to prevent loading on soft materials such as aluminum, bronze and copper.

  • Twice as long service life as traditional flap discs on aluminum and non-ferrous materials
  • Contains a special liquefying agent prevents loading and glazing on aluminum
  • Less expensive and faster grinding than grinding wheels specifically designed for aluminum

    1. Grinding discs for Aluminum

      Compared to what I found locally, I find it make quick work at grinding down the welded joins on Aluminum, but it uses up a little quicker than the other brand. How little? normally we can grind down 11 frames and with this disc we get about 9-1/2 to 10 frames. But the savings is well worth it.
