The new Fillet Weld Flap Disc excells at accessing hard to read areas and fillet welds. The abrasive cloth is folded upwards 90 degrees around the edge.  This enables optimal adjustment of the flap disc to the work piece geometry.  
 
Normal flap discs are limited because the flaps end horizontally, not so with the new Fillet Weld Flap Disc. Available in 40 grit zirconia and 60 grit ceramic. T

Wendt Flexible Flap Disc
 
 

Conventional flap discs backing provides strength and support.  FLEXTREME's revolutionary backing is constructed of abrasive material. The backing wears down evenly with the flaps. It can be used to grind and blend interior corners without interference from a backing plate. Eliminates the need to trim the backing plate.
