Suhner UTC 7R Pipe Polisher and UWC 20R Disc Sander
 
The Suhner UTC 7R pipe polisher excells at finishing smaller diameter pipes especially with tight radius bends.  The deep V groove rollers keep the belt in place and allow for polishing around formed pipe.  The tool is able to span the spectrum from cleaning surface imperfections to achieving a mirror finish.
 
The Suhner UWC 20R, is a right angle electric high torque quick change disc sander.  It is unique from the standpoint of being able to accept 2" and 3" quick change disc holders and discs and operate as a high torque electric tool as opposed to most air operated disc sanders.  In addition, the unit offers variable speed control.

The UKC 3-R was developed specifically for finishing hard-to-reach fillet welds.  

It is extremely powerful thanks to its reduction gearing. Its lightweight design of 1.8 kg and "long neck" of aluminium enhance performance. This is supported in addition by the extremely low angle head.  This makes the UKC 3-R ideal for work on confined fillet welds - a problem zone that is frequently encountered e.g. on railings.

Suhner Rotomax 1.5 Flexible Shaft Machine
 
The most powerful drive - for your coarse grinding tasks. The new Suhner Rotomax motor system delivers up to 1,500 Watts and rotates at between 500 and 15,000 rpm, and of course continuously adjustable. Everything is adjusted and controlled digitally. 
 
Soft start, stable speeds and an active brake are the decisive advantages of the unit's electronic control. Low speeds down to 500 rpm are also possible with this system. Power isn't the same as mass: The high-performance motor in the metal housing is robust, but thanks to its light and compact design it is also suitable for portable use.


 

There is also a superb range of suitable flexible shafts and tools. Countless possible combinations ensure maximum flexibility. -
