Choosing the correct tube and pipe polisher 



Flex North America manufactures premium power tools for metal finishing.

The flex boa LRP1503VRA all around sander wraps two thirds around the tube and  pipe and is ideal for finishing 1/2" to 5" tubing.  By utilizing various grit belts a 40 grit to mirror finish can be achieved. 

 

For larger diameter tube and pipe from 5" to 10" customers should incorporate the LBR 1506 VRA into their finishing process.  This tool is designed for large diameter tube and pipe and can also grind flat weld seams.
