Norton's Bear-Tex Rapid Prep surface conditioning discs last up to three times longer than conventional surface conditioning discs. These discs have a patented Vortex auminum oxide grain structure technology that is layered throughout the non-woven nylon material and does not simply sit on top of the fibers as competitive products can. The Norton Bear-Tex surface conditioning discs create a smear-free finishand do not load on aluminum and soft materials due to the clean bond resin coating technology that is tailored to the aerospace industry. These abrasive discs are the lowest total cost of consumable tooling per workpiece available in the market today.
